01. What payment method available?

We currently accepted:

2. PayPal / Credit Card (+4.1% Handing Charge)

4. FPS (Hong Kong Only)

 

02. I have to send money, how may I ask you to be notified? 



You can follow the following few ways to notify us

**PS: No matter which method you use, be sure to provide the "Bank name",  your "name" and "account number." To facilitate the audit, please send us the payment slip. Also please keep bank-in slip, until we finish deliver the order in your hand. 

 

03. How long for receive ordered goods?
 

Due to all the items ship from Denmark by PostNord DK, the normal time will be 10 to 30 days. If you need any express service, please contact us directly.​

 

 

04. Do we have a Retail Shop?

We temporarily do not have a retail shop in Hong Kong, we taking the internet purchase to hold down the costs.

05. Is the purchase product genuine?



All of our purchasing products come from specialized stores, official distributors and official websites, and never obtained from unknown third parties. Our goods are guaranteed to be 100% genuine.

 

 

06. How to purchase goods?
 

Select the product you like, add it to the shopping cart, and then click checkout. After "checkout", the system will send a invoice by email. Please deposit the total amount according to the account information in the invoice, and then send a copy of the receipt to us in any of the following ways, keep the receipt and the original receipt for delivery. After the transfer is verified, the purchase will be carried out immediately.

 

 

07. Does the product price include shipping fee?
 

All prices listed include Danish local shipping fee and tax.
The shipping cost from Denmark to Hong Kong is HKD50.

There is no other hidden and extra cost.

 

08. Can the product be returned or exchanged?
 

Our products are purchased by a special person from a specialty store or official website. All products are thoroughly inspected in the store or at the time of receipt to ensure that they are not damaged before being sent from Denmark. Therefore, under normal circumstances, there is no return of goods. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about return, please contact us before placing an order. The following are exceptions:


A. Our company made an error,
B. In case of minor damage, compensation depends on the situation, but there is no return.
